WARNING MESSAGES
- Keep your body and clothing away from air blowers.
- During operation, the body and clothing should always be kept
away from the intake and exhaust heads of the air blower.
- Do not operate without protection in place.
- While the air blower is operating, please protect your hearing.
- Do not touch hot surfaces.
- The upper limit of a working air blower is 400°F (205°C).
- Do not touch the blower while it is in operation and make sure it cools down when it is not in operation.
INSTALLATION
1) Installation location conditions
- Most air blowers require to be permanently installed in the room.
- Try to ensure that as much space around the installation machine as possible is intended for easy dismantling, inspection and maintenance, etc.
Make sure that the inlet head of the blower is located where it is easy to get plenty of clean air.
- To extend the life of the air blower, it is necessary to install a ventilation system inside the room to keep the ambient temperature inside the room always lower than 40°C. The temperature inside the blower room should not be higher than the outside temperature of 5°C.
2) Pipes connection
- Remove dust seals from the suction and exhaust ends of air blowers before connecting any pipes.
- It is necessary to install a soft and supporting coupling for the pipeline, then the weight of the gas pipeline is not transmitted directly to the air blower. In addition, it is necessary to use anti-vibration for supporting pipes to prevent vibration from spreading to the floor and storage room.
- Use air ducts made of steel. The temperature from the exhaust end of the air blower is relatively high, so PVC pipes are not used.
- Use a 1-way valve for installation to avoid gas turning in the opposite direction to the air blower.
- Thoroughly clean the inner surface of the gas pipeline and remove any metal fragments that may penetrate the air blower.
3) Electric connection
- First, all wiring and grounding work must be performed by a qualified electrician, following all electrical equipment standards and internal wiring regulations.
- Select the electrical conductor suitable for the power used by the motor.
- Earth leakage circuit breakers (ELCBs) and overload protection devices must be mounted to provide good protection for the motor.
- It is necessary to mount the grounding system to avoid electric shock.
- Make sure that the direction of rotation of the motor is the same as that on the belt protection housing. If not in the same direction, the connection wire must be changed.
