MECHANISM OF ACTION 

• Tohin's vane blowers include key parts such as Body, Motor, Air Cylinder, Air Filter, Base (with oil tank) and Oil Drip Nozzle. This simple structure contributes to extended service life and smooth operation.
• The rotor consists of four vanes installed that rotate eccentrially in the cylinder for intake, compression and exhaust. This is the basic mechanism of the air blower.
• During the machine run, lubricating oil circulates and supplies continuously to the vane through the oil dropper. Active lubricating oil not only works to reduce sound and thermal friction when the machine is operating, but also keeps high air tightness in the cylinder minimizing the amount of air loss.
